Soleia Nice
Soleia Nice is an artisanal liqueur company that was created when the exceptional fruits of the Nice region were waiting for us. So our raison d'être is to create liqueurs that express the natural fragrance of these excellent fruits and nothing else. They are characterised by their body and by the intensity of the natural fragrance of the fruit.
The quality of the liqueur lies in the organic fruit from this land and its 300 days of annual sunshine. It should be noted that the fruits, the work of nature alone, are grown without fertiliser or treatment in their natural habitat.
They are put in vats immediately after harvesting to infuse their fragrance into the alcohol. The process is designed to reveal this fragrance in its state at the time of tasting. The alcohol content remains at around 36% in order to preserve and convey the fragrance.
Soleia Nice liqueurs can be drunk on their own, and because of the intensity of their fragrance, they can be used in cocktails and spritzes.
