And for a gourmet break, LOUISE offers you its exceptional French artisanal ice creams and macaroons. 

• The ice creams are made in the south of France, using fresh milk from a farm located at the bottom of the Pyrenees (short and responsible circuit) and eggs from free-range hens in France
• The sorbets are prepared with carefully selected fruit, picked when ripe and mainly from French fruit cooperatives

• The macaroons are also made in the south of France, by pastry chefs who are proud to pass on their passion and know-how.
