It is with great pride that ROXY - a Boardriders Inc. brand dedicated to women since 1990 - presents TOGETHER, a new restaurant and the culmination of a magnificent story of support among women.
THREE CHEFS, ONE MENTOR
Sara, Paulina and Estefania met while studying at the Basque Culinary Center, one of the most respected culinary institutions in the world.
When ROXY approached the Basque Culinary Center with a vision for its next restaurant in Nice, the institute immediately thought of the three young women. The challenge: to think, design and implement TOGETHER, a culinary destination focused on authenticity.
As part of its ongoing commitment to support and encourage women around the world, ROXY wanted to give depth to the project by ensuring that the three young chefs would be mentored by a woman who brought her vision to the world of culinary art: Dominique Crenn, the first woman in the United States to win 3 Michelin stars for her restaurant Atelier Crenn in San Francisco.
AUTHENTICITY AT HEART
Together, these four women have developed a menu that is true to their values: local and seasonal produce, healthy but delicious dishes, and, above all, sustained environmental efforts.
To create this menu, the three young chefs were inspired by their love of Latin American street food (Estefania is from Nicaragua and Paulina from Ecuador).
