Our name, "Yamas" , means "Cheers!" in Greek, and embodies our commitment to authentic cuisine, while creating a space where fun and conviviality are celebrated.

Our renowned executive chef, Philippe Tayac, is a culinary icon in our region. He brings his expertise to our menu and his passion to every dessert, using fresh, quality ingredients to create unrivalled Mediterranean flavours.
